General Notes

  • Unless otherwise noted, all body text should use Normal from the WYSIWYG. 
  • Use bold fonts sparingly and only call attention to very important information. 
  • When writing out specific Eventfinity Dashboard navigation paths, list the entire path in italics, using the pipe/vertical bar symbol. For example Attendees | Groups. 
  • When using anacronyms always spell out on first reference, and use the abbreviation for the following references. For example, Progressive Web App (PWA)

  5. Be very deliberate in the steps and number them. Include screenshots with highlights, circles, check boxes, notes, etc. to be very clear on what the user should do
