Changing Domains in the Eventfinity Check-in App

Overview

The Eventfinity Check-in App can access events in multiple server environments or domains. These are limited to:

• Production - AWS
• Development - AWS
• QA - AWS
• Staging - AWS
• Production - Google
• Staging - Google
• Kiosk Mode

How to Change the Domain

1. Enter your @gramercytech.com email address and tap "Use Custom Domain."

2. Scroll through the available domains to highlight the desired environment and tap Save.

3. Enter your password to complete the login to access events in the domain.
