Enrollable Agenda Items
Enrollable agenda items are attendee register-able sessions under a parent agenda item. This could be used for signing up for different breakouts, or activities, or to schedule themselves for meeting slots. These sessions will not show up on an attendee's agenda unless they've registered for it. Using agenda tags, we can also limit how many sessions an attendee can register themselves for.
Features of enrollable agenda items:
- Capacity caps
- Attendees can register themselves for the agenda items, allowing them some flexibility in setting their own schedule (can also pre-register attendees on their behalf if desired)
- Registration for time slots can be added to speaker directory profile pages
- Enrollable Groups - Attendees who've enrolled in a session can be automatically added to an Enrollable Group
(Please note: Auto "notifications" on the enrollable items does not work)
