Adding a PDF Asset
To attach a PDF asset to an agenda item, homescreen button/banner, or navigation item, create a Library page that contains that asset. To do this, go to Content > Libraries and create a new library. If your PDF already exists as an asset in this event, select add existing asset. If you have not yet uploaded your PDF, create a new asset and upload here.
If you want the PDF to open immediately when the link is clicked, make sure it is the only asset that exists in this library.
Any time there is only 1 asset in a library, it will go directly to that asset. This applies for image and PDF asset types.
Once you have your library set up, you can attach this as a plugin anywhere to open the PDF. For example, if you attach this library as a plugin on an agenda item, it will open the PDF when clicked from the library, and if you have a vmeet room also attached to the agenda item, the PDF link will also shows up in the info tab of the vmeet room and allow users to access the PDF directly from the vmeet room as well.
