Networking by Topic (Suites)
Intro
The Networking by Topic feature allows attendees to easily view and access rooms that can be organized by topic, speaker, or by any criteria that best suits the needs of the event. Give your attendees the opportunity to meet the event speakers, or chat with others about the topics that interest them. These cards display information about the Topic as well as who’s currently in the room and how many spots are available if capacity is predetermined.
NOTES-
- Currently not working as an Agenda Plugin
- Admins can monitor the users within rooms on dashboard
Creating a Suite(s)
- For every Suite Room, you will need to have a dedicated VMeet room pre-created and attached. See the “How to Create a VMeet Room”- https://help.eventfinity.co/articles/64051-how-to-create-a-vmeet-room
- Within Dashboard, navigate to Networking > Suites
- This is the Suite Index Page. At the top right of the screen, click “+New Suite” to create a new suite(s) on a new screen
- Give the suite a name here and click save to continue and go to the next screen
- Here you can edit your suite(s) and determine how many cards per row you’d like to appear
- Attach your VMeet room
- Each Suite Room can be customized by adding:
- Logo
- Name
- Description
- Button Text
