Unlocking an account

If an attendee enters and incorrect password, exceeds 5 attempts at entering their event password incorrectly they will be met with an error message stating that their account is locked for "x" minutes. 

Steps

Verify user 

  • Locate the attendee's profile in  Attendees | Attendee List and open the profile
  • Select the Edit icon at the far right of the user information line.
  • Once on their profile navigate to the History tab.
  • Scroll down to Failed Login Locks and click on the + arrow to the right of this row. 
  • A list of lockouts for that user will display with an Unlock button next to each line.
