How to Link Attendees
Overview
Linking attendees allows attendees to be attached to others as well as to exhibit booths.
Terms
- Parent - this is the 1st tier account level. The "Primary Account"
- Child - this is the 2nd tier account level.
How to link an attendee on dashboard in your event
- Go to dashboard and find the attendee (or exhibitor) you'd like to update - Attendee > Attendee List > "Attendee"
- On the attendee (or exhibitor) edit page select the "LINKED ATTENDEES" tab. This will open the Linked Attendee section where a "child" or "parent" can be attached.
- To add Children or a Parent, click the green button +Add Children or +Add Parent and follow the prompts
- When complete, all the children or parent that were added will be listed
